Event & Conference Management

Pre-Conference Strategies
We'll set up an initial call to discuss your needs and overall concept. This includes site selection, budgeting, contract negotiations, event design, registration, transportation, and more. We'll work with you to create a plan tailored to your needs, then provide a comprehensive overview of what we discussed with the next steps for how to proceed.

Onsite Management
If you're looking for event management, we can set up an individual or team onsite to manage arrivals, departures, AV, production, event setup and breakdown, catering, vendor management, and all aspects associated with your event. They'll be available before, during and after your event for anything needed. Leaving you free to relax and enjoy a stress-free event.

Vendor & Sponsor Management
Sponsors and vendors are strategic resources for successful events. They expect visibility and engagement-rich experiences allowing them to interact with attendees as much as possible. Having someone manage and organize them onsite is crucial to ensuring their needs are met, and your event runs smoothly and seamlessly. Let us create a management plan to suit you.

Audio/Visual
The right AV production can elevate your event to another level. While many venues have in-house AV services or companies they partner with, you may be looking for something beyond or even more cost-effective. CMT has AV partners available, as well as alternative solutions to fit your needs, including content capture for your event. Let's discuss your needs and what we can do for you.

Onsite Entertainment
Want to liven things up at your event? Live entertainment is a great way for you and your attendees to unwind after a long day of seminars and speakers. It's also a great way for people to mingle and vendors to have access to attendees outside of their sponsored booths. There are many options available, from live music and singers to comedians to magicians. Just let us know what you're looking for.

Offsite Excursions
Having attendees explore a site or embark on an adventure can be a great bonding experience. Try a short cruise with speakers, visit a local site encompassing your event theme, or have a scavenger hunt around the area. Wrap up with dinner and awards to create a memorable adventure for you and your attendees.

Post Event Wrap Up
After the conclusion of your event, we'll set up a meeting to discuss:
- Budget Overview with an itemized review of events and expenditures
- Information Capture showing information as it came in prior to, during, and after your event
- Event Attendance with key takeaways, attendance numbers, and how to increase year over year
- Vendor Recap provides feedback from vendors, you, and attendees
- Event Takeaways: provides attendee feedback, reviews, and your overall impression of your event
